Flight Control is a hot new game from Firemint. This fascinating App allows you to assume control of LA’s airspace and become an air traffic controller. You drag and drop planes to runways and try to keep things on track for as long as you can. Although the game is very simple, it is extremely fun! Flight control s available both for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. The game features excellent graphics and includes in game sound. You also have the option to listen to music from your iTunes. There are four different aircraft to play with, including helicopters. Be careful though, this game is addictive!

So the majority of us iPhone and iPod Touch users also own Apple computers. I don’t know what I would do without OS X and my macs. I have an Apple iMac and an Apple Macbook as well. I have been using Macs since the days of the clamshell iBook and black powerbooks (yes, I used to have one!). Unfortunately, the rest of the world still runs on windows. Something many of us Mac users have to deal with is: What do you do when you need to run a program that requires Windows? Easy! Use Parallels! Parallels is basically virtualization software. It allows you to run a “virtual” windows computer right on your mac. This means that you can run windows on your mac as if you had a Windows computer, while still running OS X!
It retails for about $80, but it is by far the best virtualization tool for the Mac. It is very fast on most intel macs, and is reliable and secure. Installing Windows is fairly easy with this solution. I was able to get my virtual windows XP machine up and running in about an hour. I am interested to know how you guys are using parallels and how many of you use it. Please post feedback on what you think of Parallels!
